  • Oversee projects through all phases, directing the manufacturing engineering program for the facility.
  • Provide training and mentorship to your team.

  • Facilitate consensus among team members on challenging matters.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 5 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • 3 years of leadership experience in project or program management.
  • Prior experience in people management.
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • 7 years of relevant engineering experience.
  • MBA or advanced technical degree.
  • Basic understanding of manufacturing operations.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green or Black Belt certification.
  • Experience with Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
