Salon Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Salon Manager to lead our team at Great Clips in Little Rock. As a Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the salon, managing a team of stylists, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Manage salon operations, including scheduling, inventory, and customer service
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and customer loyalty
  • Collaborate with the salon owner to achieve business objectives
Requirements:
  • Cosmetology and/or barber license (licensing requirements vary by state/province)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work a full/flex schedule
  • Experience in a salon management role
What We Offer:
  • New pay rate $17 (earning up to $26+/hr)
  • Product commissions from 10% - 30%
  • 25% service sales commission
