Responsibilities


The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including youth, families, and community partners. Key responsibilities will include:



  • Assisting in the implementation of the Youth Court process, including coordinating hearings and working with Youth Court Coordinators.
  • Providing support and guidance to participating youth, families, and community partners.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with local schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to promote the Youth Court program.
  • Collaborating with the Youth Court Task Group to ensure the program's success and continuous improvement.
  • Collecting and analyzing data to measure the program's effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
  • Attending training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications


The successful candidate will possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with a strong commitment to confidentiality, honesty, and ethics. The ideal candidate will also have experience working with youth, strong written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
