About the Role:
As a Cake Decorator at Sam's Club, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional member service in your area. You will work collaboratively with other associates to ensure the total club meets the member's expectations. Your primary responsibility will be to drive member service by providing a high-quality bakery experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
Educate other associates on tools, tasks, and resources
Provide exceptional customer service
Maintain in-stock levels and control shrinkage
Plan bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy
Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment
Demonstrate understanding of product and layout execution
Leverage digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience
Adapt to new tools and encourage others to use them
Drive the performance of the bakery area
Ensure quality and date control standards
Eliminate waste
Prepare for seasonal events
Identify member needs and resolve issues

Requirements:
6 months' experience in fresh production area
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to successfully complete all job required trainings and assessments
