As a Courier at FedEx, you will be responsible for:

  • Operating company vehicles to transport packages
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring timely delivery and pick-up of packages
  • Inspecting shipments to ensure they meet FedEx's features of service

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive or operate company vehicles safely and efficiently
  • Deliver and pick-up packages in a timely and courteous manner
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their shipments

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license and good driving record
  • Ability to lift and carry packages up to 50 pounds
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
