Asset Preservation Specialist

Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 per year

Nagel Assisted Living is seeking a seasoned Maintenance Manager to lead our facility operations team. In this critical role, you will oversee the maintenance and repair of our historic facility, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment for our residents.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate facility maintenance projects, including repairs and renovations.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to secure best value.
• Implement and enforce maintenance procedures to maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Work closely with event planners to ensure smooth execution of events and activities.
• Lead the community's snow removal efforts during winter months.
