About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tire Service Technician to join our team at Discount Tire. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing new tires and wheels, performing maintenance on tires, and ensuring that all work is done to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install new tires and wheels on a variety of vehicles, including cars, trucks, and commercial vehicles
  • Perform routine maintenance on tires, including rotations, balancing, repairs, and cleaning
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure that all work is completed efficiently and effectively
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that all customers are satisfied with their experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies
Requirements
  • Must have a strong understanding of tire and wheel installation and maintenance
  • Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds and work in a physically demanding environment
  • Must be able to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly with colleagues and customers
  • Must be able to follow safety guidelines and best practices at all times
