- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care, leveraging expertise from various specialties as needed.
- Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management, empowering them to take control of their well-being.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation using electronic health record systems like Epic, ensuring seamless communication among healthcare professionals.
- Participate in emergency medicine situations as necessary, providing timely interventions to address life-threatening complications.
Requirements
">- 1 year of experience in Nephrology (Required)
- Certified Nurse Practitioner (Required)
- Active license in IA (Required)
