Job Title: Breakfast Attendant

Fredericksburg Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a self-motivated individual to assist in the preparation, documentation, and service of food to subjects in accordance with company expectations, study protocols, FDA, and Health Department standard practices and procedures.

Responsibilities:
  • Food Preparation and Service: Sets up the buffet before guests begin arriving for breakfast, displays food and beverages in an organized and attractive manner, and cleans the area around the buffet.
  • Food and Beverage Management: Prepares coffee and/or tea by established standards, keeps juices and other perishables chilled or on ice, and efficiently replenishes food, beverages, and/or supplies as needed.
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintains cleanliness of the buffet area throughout the morning, reorganizes and tidies the food area as necessary, and removes and disposes of leftover food at the end of the breakfast shift.
  • Guest Interaction: Greets guests and accommodates special requests as needed, providing a professional image at all times through appearance and dress.
Qualifications:
  • Experience: Restaurant or other relevant experience, previous experience in hospitality preferred.
  • Skills: Must be an early riser and have a flexible work schedule, knowledge of food service regulations, able to easily and quickly lift and carry heavy trays, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
