Position Overview:
The Nursing Supervisor will play a crucial role in overseeing and guiding the execution of resident care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Regularly conduct rounds on nursing units to ensure optimal patient care.
2. Foster a collaborative environment that enhances both resident care and overall quality of life.
3. Support healthcare personnel in accurate documentation and ensure effective communication among all involved parties.
4. Collaborate with Unit Managers to maintain continuity of care for residents.
5. Prepare and conduct performance evaluations for shift staff in partnership with unit managers, providing necessary feedback and re-education as required.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range based on experience: $90,000-$100,000
- $5,000 sign-on bonus
- Comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, 401K matching, paid time off, tuition reimbursement, and access to Payactive for next-day pay on shifts.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 10 PM to 6 AM.
