About the Role

This role will involve providing administrative and clinical support to our healthcare professionals, ensuring that patients receive high-quality care and service. As a Medical Assistant, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including:

  • Obtaining patient information and medical histories
  • Accurately completing and documenting patient medical records
  • Recording vital signs and performing basic office procedures
  • Aiding healthcare professionals during patient examinations and treatments

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also provide front office support, including scheduling appointments, handling phone calls, and maintaining patient records.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent
  • Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program or completion of a Nursing Assistant program
  • One year of experience in a medical office setting

Preferred qualifications include certification as a Medical Assistant (AAMA) and Basic Life Support (BLS) training.
