Job Summary

ChristianaCare is seeking a skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team in Deepwater, New Jersey. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in our healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Medication Management: Review and interpret provider's medication orders, evaluate drug efficacy, and identify potential contraindications or interactions.
  • Clinical Decision-Making: Collaborate with healthcare teams to resolve medication-related problems and provide accurate, timely, and cost-effective drug information.
  • Leadership and Supervision: Coordinate and supervise work-place activities, promote professional competence, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor of Science degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree from an accredited College of Pharmacy, with at least one year of experience working as a pharmacist in an acute care hospital.
  • Licensure and Certification: Current licensure (or eligible to reciprocate) in the State of Delaware.
