Job Overview

As a Salon Manager - Leader at SmartStyle by YSG, you will be responsible for leading a team of stylists to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business growth. Your role will involve managing all aspects of salon operations, including recruitment, training, and conflict resolution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of stylists to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets

Requirements:

  • Valid cosmetology or barber license
  • Ability to work weekends and evenings
  • Willingness to mentor and develop team members
