Caregiver - Senior Living Community

About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Care Partner to join our team at Balfour Senior Living. As a Care Partner, you will work closely with our licensed nurses to provide exceptional care and service to our residents, assisting with their daily living needs and supporting their emotional wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Partner with licensed nurses to provide high-quality care and service to residents
- Assist with light housekeeping and perform departmental tasks
- Document resident information in PCC & Life Loop
- Organize medical supplies, carts, and storage
Requirements:
- Talent for interacting with a wide variety of people, particularly the elderly and their family members
- Ability to provide a high level of compassion and care for residents while maintaining confidentiality and adhering to HIPPA regulations
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Experience as a care partner for the elderly and/or customer service experience
