Job Description:

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of tools, materials, working practices, and custodial maintenance techniques. They will plan, organize, and direct the work involved in custodial repair and maintenance of school buildings and grounds, as well as direct the work of the custodial maintenance staff.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and Organize Custodial Repair and Maintenance Work
  • Direct the Work of the Custodial Maintenance Staff
  • Follow Oral and Written Directions
  • Maintain Rapport with Students, Faculty, and Parents

Estimated Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 per year
