About the Role

VitalCaring is seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our home health care team, you will work closely with patients to provide high-quality care and support their recovery.

Responsibilities
  • Work under the supervision of a Physical Therapist to deliver patient-specific care plans
  • Collaborate with the care team to ensure all patient needs are met
  • Administer non-complex active and passive manual therapeutic exercises, therapeutic massage, traction, heat, light, cold, water, and electrical modalities
  • Document care delivery daily in our electronic medical record system
  • Contribute to a culture of caring through individual accountability and teamwork
Requirements
  • Graduate of an accredited school of physical therapy assistant with an associate degree in physical therapy
  • Current State License to practice physical therapy, valid state driver's license, and auto liability insurance
  • One year experience as a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant preferred
