Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Tire Sales Associate to join our team. As a Tire Sales Associate, you will be responsible for selling tires and related products, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sell tires and related products at retail price, including road hazard, valves, balance, and disposal.
  • Notify customers of problems discovered during vehicle inspections and sell solutions.
  • Follow up on all work done for customers, not just tires sold.
  • Stay knowledgeable about products in stock and shop capabilities.
  • Adhere to all prescribed policies and paperwork procedures (invoicing, credit, etc.).
  • Learn products sold by both our company and competitors.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Sales and/or management experience with a proven track record.
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the tire and automotive service industry (AG experience is a bonus).
  • Experience with agriculture/farm tires is a plus.
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.

Physical Demands

The ability to perform all job functions that require lifting and/or carrying single items weighing at least 50 lbs., as well as functions and activities such as pulling, pushing, bending, standing, lifting, reaching, and stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling.
