Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Assistant, you will work under the guidance of the Nurse Supervisor, performing essential care activities for residents/patients. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Assisting with personal needs, safety, and comfort of residents/patients.
  • Contributing to a positive physical, social, and psychological environment.
  • Adhering to all center policies and procedures.

Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
  • Completion of an approved nursing assistant training program and competency evaluation.
  • A positive and effective approach to interacting with residents/patients, families, and staff.
  • A genuine interest in working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, speaking, and understanding English.
  • Compliance with all health requirements as mandated by law.
