Provision of IT infrastructure solutions, including reference architectures, product selection, standards, and design methodologies.

Acquisition & Deployment:
Engage and negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure system-related products and services.
Recommend, schedule, and execute server and network enhancements, upgrades, and acquisitions.
Deploy new applications and enhancements to existing software and operating systems.
Conduct cost-benefit analyses and return on investment assessments for proposed systems to assist management in decision-making.
Research software and systems products to substantiate recommendations and support purchasing decisions.
Create and propose system specifications, diagrams, and charts to guide system programmers and development teams.
Design, document, and conduct regular audits of servers, system backup and recovery procedures, and recovery tests in alignment with the organization's disaster recovery and business continuity strategies.
Ensure connectivity of all servers, shared software, groupware, and other applications.
Maintain documentation related to system configuration, mapping, processes, and service records.
Operational Management:
Assess the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and processes, developing and implementing automation strategies for improvement.
Ensure compliance, compatibility, and interoperability of all on-premise and public cloud computing systems utilized by the organization.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 8 years of experience in systems integration and IT architecture planning, design, and development.
Extensive knowledge of data center architectures, converged infrastructure consolidation, security, and service orchestration.
Strong hands-on administration and troubleshooting experience with the IT infrastructure stack, including but not limited to Server OS and Clusters on Windows 2012/2016/2019, Hyper-V, MS SQL 2012/2014/2019, Multi-Site Active Directory, PowerShell Automation, Hyper-V Replication, Cisco LAN/WAN/WLAN technologies, CISCO Firepower/ASA, AWS, Windows Backups, Linux, Apache, and MS Infrastructure Services, as well as hardware and software RAID, Block, NAS SAN storage solutions, Pure, HP, EMC, and server hardware management.
Experience with IaaS delivery on both on-premise and public cloud platforms.
Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, and Scrum frameworks, methodologies, processes, and supporting tools.
Understanding of Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Network Architecture.
Ability to translate business requirements into appropriate architectural solutions using complex methods/models.
Possess excellent analytical, conceptual, and problem-solving skills.
