About the Job:

  1. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, working directly with children from 0-36 months with developmental delays and disabilities.

Responsibilities and Expectations:

  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote each child's physical, cognitive, language, and social-emotional development.
  • Collaborate with families to identify their priorities and interests, incorporating them into the child's plan.
  • Provide regular progress updates and communicate effectively with families about their child's development.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry best practices and adhere to relevant regulations and standards.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Education, or related field.
  • Prior experience in working with young children with developmental delays and/or disabilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Current Infant First Aid and CPR certification, TB clearance, and clear background check.

Estimated Salary Range: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
