Job Summary

AmeriCold Logistics is seeking a highly skilled Material Handling Equipment Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine and complex maintenance tasks on our material handling equipment, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency in our warehouse operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine and complex maintenance tasks on material handling equipment, including repairs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting.
  • Inspect and maintain forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material handling equipment to ensure compliance with OSHA and operational standards.
  • Rebuild and replace major components of material handling equipment, including mast, undercarriage, transmissions, engines/motors, etc.
  • Provide maintenance support to ensure operational objectives are met, including providing outside service provider oversight and monitoring.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
  • 4 years' maintenance experience with a minimum of 2 years' as an MHE technician.
  • Formal MHE technical training, such as Hyster, Crown, Toyota, or Raymond, preferred.
  • Strong work experience will be considered in lieu of training courses during the initial hiring process.
