Job Summary:

The Truck Driver is responsible for transporting materials to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner. This role requires experience in providing exceptional customer service and a high level of attention to safety.

Key Responsibilities:

* Transport materials to and from designated locations in a safe and efficient manner
* Pick up full containers and unload in designated locations
* Secure loads according to Department of Transportation guidelines
* Maintain contact with Dispatch and Truck Driver to receive assignments and report trip numbers
* Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

* Valid Class A license
* General knowledge of State and Federal motor carrier regulations
* General knowledge of mechanics involving trucks and trailers
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to operate the vehicle safely
* Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
* Customer service skills

Education and Experience:

* High school diploma or GED-equivalent
* At least one year of Class A driving experience
* Roll Off experience required

Work Environment:

Work is generally performed outdoors in all-weather elements, and personal protective equipment is required. Working hours may vary, and evening or weekend work may be required. You may be required to lift and carry light weights.
