Clinical Care Specialist

Aquor Technologies seeks a highly skilled and dedicated Clinical Care Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of medical-surgical nursing practices, including patient care, medication administration, and emergency response.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
Responsibilities will include providing comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Medical-Surgical unit, managing a wide range of medical conditions and post-operative care.
The Clinical Care Specialist will also be responsible for monitoring and assessing patient vital signs, symptoms, and overall condition, documenting findings accurately and promptly.
In addition, the successful candidate will administer medications, IV therapies, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring proper dosages and adherence to protocols.
The Clinical Care Specialist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each patient.
