Job Title: Mammography Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Mammography Technologist to join our team. As a Mammography Technologist, you will be responsible for performing high-quality mammography procedures, ensuring patient comfort and safety, and maintaining accurate records.

Responsibilities:
  • Perform mammography procedures on patients, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures, providing clear instructions and explanations.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, including medical history and procedure results.
  • Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective treatment plans.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest mammography technology and techniques, participating in ongoing education and training.
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Mammography.
  • At least 2 years of experience in mammography or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, radiologists, and other healthcare professionals.
Work Environment:

This position is located in a busy medical imaging department, with a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team setting, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities with ease.
