We're seeking a Guest Advocate to join our team, providing exceptional guest service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for welcoming guests, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.

• Provide exceptional guest service, ensuring a welcoming and inclusive experience for all guests.
• Answer questions and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner, using positive language and attentive to guest needs.
• Be knowledgeable about products, services, and promotions, and communicate this information to guests in a clear and concise manner.
• Work efficiently to minimize guest wait time, while maintaining guest service, accuracy, and quality.
• Participate in visual merchandising and store maintenance, ensuring a clean and organized store environment.
• Support guest services such as order pick up, drive up, and registry, maintaining a compliance culture while executing duties.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and team members.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on providing exceptional guest service.
• Knowledge of products, services, and promotions, with the ability to communicate this information to guests.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a focus on achieving sales and service goals.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
