Internships are designed to introduce and build essential skills that differ from those attained in the academic arena and help to enhance the transition from student to professional. Interns are assigned duties that will provide a broad, well-rounded learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare structural and civil design calculations and drawings for Bridges, Culverts, Roadways, and Retaining walls.

* Design for municipal infrastructure using AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and/or MicroStation.

* Prepare documentation for design projects and reports.

* Undertake quality control procedures.

* Ensure that engineering-related issues are promptly relayed to the Project Manager for action and follow-up to ensure timeliness of resolution efforts.
