About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Security Representative Senior/Contractor Program Security Officer (CPSO) to join our team at Lockheed Martin Corporation. As a key member of our Program Security team, you will be responsible for ensuring the security of our programs and personnel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Implement all aspects of security, including personnel, physical, technical, policy guidance research, and classification management, in accordance with DoD 5205 Series, National Industrial Security Program, Operating Manual (NIPSOM), the NISPOM Overprint, ICD 705, and other applicable regulations.
  • Provide program briefings, presentations, and complete Program Access Requests (PARs) to ensure seamless program execution.
  • Support classified meetings, program management, and security education initiatives.
Requirements
  • Final Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years.
  • Ability to obtain a Top-Secret clearance upon employment.
  • Enhanced security review in accordance with Government contract requirements.
  • Special Access Program (SAP) / Industrial Security experience.
  • Basic computer skills, public speaking, and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of DISS, SIMS, and personnel security clearances.
  • Understanding and knowledge of DoD policies.
  • Experience in building and maintaining tracking spreadsheets/databases.
  • Ability to manage time, make sound decisions, work independently, analyze problems, and provide focused solutions.
Desired Skills
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 10 years of professional experience; or 8 years of professional experience with a related Master's degree.
  • Self-driven and results-oriented individual capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and risk-managed security recommendations, based on limited and/or conflicting information.
  • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.
  • Knowledge of JADE.
  • Understanding knowledge of current DoD 5205 Manuals, NISPOM, and NISPOM Overprint.
  • Advanced computer skills, public speaking, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Managing and protecting COMSEC.
