Multicultural Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled therapist to join our team at SMPsychotherapy and Counseling Services. As an in-home mental health professional, you will be responsible for providing high-quality therapeutic services to individuals and families in the comfort of their own homes.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's or Doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field, with state licensure as a therapist. They will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience in providing therapy to individuals and families. The salary for this position is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to understand their unique needs, challenges, and treatment goals.
• Develop individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based and tailored to the client's specific needs.
• Provide therapy services in the client's home, utilizing a variety of therapeutic approaches and techniques to address emotional and psychological issues.
• Crisis intervention and management.
