As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for promoting an exceptional customer experience, leading a team of Associates, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead by example, providing outstanding customer service and promoting loyalty programs
  • Train and mentor Associates on front-end principles and personalizing the customer experience
  • Assign registers, support POS coverage needs, and coordinate breaks for Associates
  • Address customer concerns and issues promptly, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Communicate effectively with management and Associates, prioritizing tasks and providing progress updates
Requirements
  • Available to work a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends
  • Strong understanding of merchandising techniques and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
What We Offer

As a Retail Customer Experience Coordinator at TJ Maxx, you will enjoy a competitive starting pay range of $13.00 to $13.50 per hour, as well as a range of benefits, including Associate discount, EAP, and 401(k) Associate contributions.
