We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Front Desk Associate to join our team at Concord Hospitality. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Service: Assist guests efficiently, courteously, and professionally at all times, maintaining a high level of service and hospitality.
- Issue Resolution: Promptly and effectively deal with guest concerns or issues, ensuring all are met to satisfaction in a timely manner.
- Front Desk Operations: Post guest charges, collect payments, and follow all cash handling procedures as required by Concord.
- Communication: Be a great communicator to various departments and management on guest comments and concerns, responding quickly to incoming calls, lobby visitors, and team members needing front desk assistance.
- Knowledge and Training: Be knowledgeable of the hotel brand and various programs, including travel programs and special offers, and participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.
