- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in instructional design, training, and development.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing e-learning courses and curricula.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Master's degree in Education, Instructional Design, or related field.
- Experience with learning management systems (LMS) and other learning technologies.
- Experience in developing and implementing training programs to support business objectives and operational needs.
