Ramen Ambassador

Kizuki Ramen is seeking highly skilled and passionate Server ambassadors to connect the dining experience with our guests, delivering exceptional service.

• Respond promptly to guest inquiries, ensuring their needs are met.
• Maintain a positive demeanor, providing a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
• Foster a culture of excellence by adhering to operational policies and procedures.
• Prepare bar drinks for guests 21 years old and above.
• Educate and engage guests about our company brand, promoting a memorable experience.
• Punctuality and timely attendance are essential in this role.
• Stay updated on policies and procedures through our learning management system.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

• A minimum of one year's experience in customer service, food service, or a related field.
• Proficiency in English language skills, including reading, writing, and speaking.
• Familiarity with fast-paced environments.
• Basic mixology knowledge is required.
• The ability to remain vigilant and attentive to customer needs.
• Excellent verbal communication skills are essential.
• Holding a valid food handler's permit is mandatory.
• An alcohol serving license (for those 21+ years old) is also required.
• The capacity to stand and walk for extended periods is necessary.
• Candidates must be at least 18 years old.
