About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Supervisor to join our established team. This role offers competitive compensation and benefits, including paid time off.

Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and oversee job site punch lists for completion.
  • Coordinate the delivery of materials and equipment.
  • Monitor crew productivity, quality, and adherence to safety protocols.
  • Provide daily guidance and direction to foremen and crews, ensuring they have the necessary tools, materials, and work assignments for each day's tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as a Landscape Maintenance Supervisor.
  • Demonstrated professionalism and a positive, can-do attitude.
  • Self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic and a desire to contribute to a growing organization.
  • Ability to think critically, multitask effectively, and work independently.
  • Extensive knowledge of landscaping practices, including planting, irrigation installation and repair, water scheduling programming, landscape construction, and small equipment operation.
  • Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) and a valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a drug test and E-verify screening.
Skills:
  • Exceptional planning, organizational, and leadership skills; ability to effectively manage and guide crews to complete projects on time and within budget.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities.
  • Highly organized, dependable, people-oriented, adaptable, detail-oriented, pleasant, professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in completing daily site sheets accurately and concisely.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
