Key Responsibilities- Interface with Registered Dietitians to enhance patient experience and lead a team of unionized hourly associates.
- Serve as the main point of contact for the Patient Services Department and report to the General Manager.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve patient satisfaction and loyalty.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of patient services.
- Monitor and analyze patient feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Associate's Degree or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of basic management experience.
- 2 years of work experience in food or culinary services, including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
