Cake Decorator

We are seeking a skilled Cake Decorator to join our team at Sam's Club. As a Cake Decorator, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing baked goods that meet our high standards of quality and presentation.

• Plan and execute bakery productions to ensure consistency in quality and accuracy of bakery decorative designs.
• Work with a variety of products, including decorating bags, tips, and nozzles, to create decorative flowers and lettering on bakery items.
• Ensure adherence to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, and inventory management.
• Operate, maintain, and sanitize equipment to ensure efficient and safe production.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive sales, improve the shopping experience, and elevate associate engagement.
• Utilize digital tools to make immediate business decisions related to production, merchandise ordering, training, and product quality.
• Drive the performance of the bakery area, ensuring quality and date control standards, eliminating waste, and preparing for seasonal events.
• Be a brand advocate by valuing the member's experience in Bakery and modeling high-quality service and products.

• 6 months' experience in fresh production area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

The hourly wage range for this position is $20.00 to $27.00. Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance incentives and premiums ranging from $0.35 per hour to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances.
