Lane Server

As a Lane Server at Bowlero, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take food and beverage orders and deliver them promptly to the guests.
• Review orders for accuracy, accept payment, and make change as needed.
• Check back with guests regularly to ensure their needs are met and provide assistance as required.
• Clean tables and return dishes to the kitchen/bar area.
• Set up, stock, and organize your work area to maintain a clean and efficient environment.
• Learn the menu and be able to answer questions from guests.
