Maintenance Technician

Key Responsibilities:
- Filter oil fryers daily to ensure optimal performance and food safety.
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms to maintain a clean and hygienic environment.
- Unload delivery trucks twice a week to receive inventory and supplies.
- Take out and empty the trash compactor to maintain a clean and odor-free workspace.
- Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and the roof of debris to ensure a safe and efficient working environment.
