Sales Support Associate Job Description

The Sales Support Associate role is a vital part of the store's overall success and efficiency, requiring direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing our customers. This position demands a friendly, efficient, and well-maintained sales floor, ensuring a lasting impression on our customers through effective interactions at our cash wrap.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cash Wrap: Greet customers with a smile and eye contact, interact genuinely, read cues, and determine customers' needs.
  • Stockroom/Warehouse: Receive shipments, notify Store Management, scan cartons, and communicate discrepancies.
  • Sales Floor: Analyze sales floor, replenish sales floor, react to sell-through, and execute visual merchandising needs.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1-3 years of previous retail experience, preferably in a luxury retail service environment.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Technical: Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills, and ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, and Internet.
  • Physical: Ability to execute at a fast pace, communicate effectively, and maneuver the sales floor, sales shelves, and stock room.
