- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet those needs.
- Implement patient care plans, including administering medications, performing treatments, and providing education to patients and their families.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Graduate of an accredited school of vocational nursing.
- Current LVN licensure in California.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A competitive hourly rate of $36.41 to $47.33.
