Job Overview

Armstrong Receivable Management is a leading debt recovery and financial solutions provider, serving businesses across various industries for decades. As the parent company of multiple specialized debt management firms, we offer efficient B2B collections and tailored debt recovery solutions.

We are seeking a Remote Insurance Collector to join our growing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating payment in full or securing payment arrangements with debtors, working closely with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes, and meeting/exceeding monthly phone, activity, and fee quotas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate payment plans and secure timely payments
  • Create a sense of urgency with non-paying debtors
  • Collaborate with Client Support Representatives to resolve disputes
  • Meet/exceed monthly performance metrics
Requirements
  • Prior collections experience preferred
  • Prior call center experience a plus
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to multitask and work independently
  • Aptitude for technology and negotiation skills
Compensation and Benefits
  • $17-19 per hour, plus commission and bonuses
