A challenging and rewarding role has become available at KCO Resource Management for a highly skilled Manufacturing Operations Manager. Located just an hour outside of Binghamton, NY, this production facility is seeking a dedicated individual to oversee the daily operations of the plant.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements, including FDA, USDA, and OSHA standards.
- Maintain Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and adhere to customer specifications.
- Lead a team of direct reports through empowerment, teamwork, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Meet production schedules to achieve business goals and reduce waste.
- Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to GMP, GSP, FSSC practices, and QC policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred.
- 6+ years experience in Manufacturing Industry required.
- 3+ years of experience in dairy/cheese industry preferred.
- Leadership experience with direct reporting team members required.
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization.
Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per year, depending on experience.
