Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team at Haywire Restaurants. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, creating unique and special experiences, and contributing to the overall success of our restaurant.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Exceptional Service: Greet guests, take orders, and serve drinks with a smile.
  • Create Unique Experiences: Develop and implement creative drink menus, pair drinks with food, and provide recommendations to guests.
  • Maintain a Clean and Safe Environment: Ensure the bar area is clean, organized, and meets health and safety standards.
  • Work Collaboratively: Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and guests to ensure seamless service.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Attend training sessions, workshops, and seminars to stay current with industry developments and best practices.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 Years of Bartending Experience: Proven track record of providing exceptional service and creating unique experiences.
  • Food, Wine, and Whiskey Knowledge: Familiarity with food, wine, and whiskey pairings, as well as knowledge of local spirits and craft beers.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Certifications: Current Food Handler's Certification and TABC Certification required.
