We are seeking a Model-Based Systems Analyst / Digital Engineer with expertise in CAMEO to collaborate on the unified architecture of aircraft, autonomy systems, and ground control components for our Autonomous Aircraft initiative. The selected candidate will assist the engineering team in establishing and managing digital representations of the system's technical frameworks, guiding the analysis and synthesis of Requirements, Interfaces, Behavior, Structure, and Parametrics (RIBS-P) across the technical baselines using Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) / SysML and various modeling and simulation tools. An active US DoD Top Secret Security Clearance is required for this role.
Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Assist the engineering team in creating and managing digital representations of the technical frameworks for the Autonomous system.
  • Lead the analysis and synthesis of Requirements, Interfaces, Behavior, Structure, and Parametrics (RIBS-P) across the technical frameworks of Autonomous Systems utilizing MBSE / SysML and various modeling tools, including CAMEO.
  • Support the establishment of a digital engineering environment across diverse tools and classification levels in alignment with program objectives.
  • Oversee the implementation of necessary methods, processes, tools, training, and data transfers to create an efficient, synchronized, and cohesive digital engineering environment across Government and Industry, ensuring alignment with the authoritative source of truth.
  • Utilize MBSE tools/methods for requirements analysis/synthesis, requirements definition and management, function analysis, performance analysis, system design, trade study analysis, system integration, verification modeling, and overall model validation.
  • Contribute to the execution of the program in system engineering/digital engineering.
  • Facilitate the implementation of essential methods, processes, tools, training, and data transfers to ensure an efficient, synchronized, and cohesive digital engineering environment across Government and Industry.
  • Assist in establishing the foundation of a digital engineering environment across various tools and classification levels in support of program priorities.

Office setting with an expected travel requirement of 10-30% for this position.

Qualifications

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Over 6 years of relevant and recent experience in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) / digital engineering.

Clearance Requirement:

  • Active DoD Top Secret Clearance.

Experience / Skills:

  • Expertise in Model-Based Systems Engineering for military aircraft and/or autonomous systems.
  • Proficiency with CAMEO and SysML.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities with a proven ability to drive results.
  • Highly motivated and adept at working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Team-oriented self-starter with strong multitasking abilities, effective communication skills, conflict resolution capabilities, and a focus on producing quality outcomes efficiently.
  • Exceptional conceptual thinking and innovative skills.
