• Crop Oversight: Manage and execute field operations to ensure successful crop growth.
• Resource Utilization: Operate farm facilities, including machinery, safely and efficiently. Conduct maintenance and repairs or coordinate with external service providers as necessary.
• Equipment Operation: Safely drive tractors, trucks, and forklifts while adhering to operational protocols.
• Tool Management: Utilize power tools and field equipment responsibly, ensuring regular maintenance and timely repairs.
• Daily Operations: Carry out routine crop work and maintenance tasks effectively and efficiently.
• Equipment Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues with farm machinery.
• Mathematical Calculations: Perform essential calculations for mixing agricultural chemicals such as pesticides and fertilizers.

Farm Technicians are also expected to manage specific responsibilities outside of regular hours, including monitoring crops, pest management, and ensuring the security of the premises when required. These additional duties are compensated appropriately and are vital to the role.
