Interventional Imaging Technologists may qualify for a sign-on incentive of up to $5,000 (Full-Time), $2,500 (Part-Time), or $1,000 (PRN)

The Interventional Radiology Technologist I assists physicians in executing diagnostic and/or therapeutic interventions by preparing patients and utilizing x-ray machinery to obtain diagnostic visuals. Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED is mandatory. An Associate Degree is preferred. Must be a graduate of an ARRT-accredited Radiography Program.
  • Experience: A minimum of one year in Diagnostic Radiology is required. At least one year in Interventional Radiology is preferred.
  • Licensure/Certification: Must be certified and registered by ARRT in Radiography - RT(R). IV Credentialing is preferred. State licensure is required.
  • Additional Skills: Must successfully complete both generic and department-specific skills validation and competency assessments. Comprehensive knowledge of interventional procedures and practices is essential.
