  • Minimum of 1 year leading engineering or technically oriented projects
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or similar scheduling tools

Understanding of Engineering Protocols:
  • Engineering change management
  • Customer review processes
  • Design review methodologies

Work Environment & Physical Demands:
Primarily office-based with occasional involvement on the shop floor.

Significant engagement in telephone, video conferencing, and computer tasks.

Work within highly regulated sectors requiring strict compliance with procedures.

Flexibility to meet project deadlines, including potential early starts or late finishes.

Standard work hours of 8 hours per day, including a lunch break, with core hours from 9 AM to 4 PM.

Ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Due to the nature of the position, candidates must be U.S. Citizens.
