Pharmacy Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Manager to join our team at Pick 'n Save. As a Pharmacy Manager, you will be responsible for leading our pharmacy team to deliver exceptional patient care and drive business growth.

• Lead and manage the pharmacy team to achieve sales and profitability goals
• Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
• Manage pharmacy operations, including inventory management, staffing, and budgeting
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve patient outcomes
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and best practices

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• 2+ years of retail pharmacy experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proven leadership and management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
