Director of Marketing and Admissions

We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead our marketing and admissions efforts in Monroe, NJ. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve total census, mix, and revenue goals within our nursing centers and assisted living communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing and admissions strategies to drive business growth and increase referrals
  • Collaborate with Clinical Admissions Directors to convert referrals into admissions
  • Conduct competitive landscape analysis to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare providers and community leaders
  • Lead and inspire teams to deliver excellence in customer experience processes
Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience in a healthcare setting
  • Minimum of two years' college education in healthcare administration, business management, or marketing/public relations
  • Ability to adjust work schedule based on business needs
