About the Role

Mercy Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed professional, utilizing the nursing process to assess, plan, and implement care.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to coordinate patient care and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Participate in patient education and support, promoting health and wellness through effective communication and empathy.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, fostering open communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of employment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.
  • 1 year of clinical patient care experience (preferred).
  • EPIC Electronic Health Record (EHR) training (preferred).
