Radiologic Technologist

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled CT/X-ray Technologist to join our team at Eastern Plumas Health Care. As a key member of our imaging department, you will be responsible for providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients.

• Operate CT and X-ray equipment to produce high-quality images for diagnostic purposes
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, including explaining procedures and positioning patients
• Develop and process radiographic images, ensuring accurate and high-quality results
• Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to ensure accurate diagnoses and effective patient care
• Participate in quality assurance and quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal imaging services

• Current certification in CT and X-ray modalities, with a valid California state license to practice radiology
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds frequently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, staff, and physicians
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Proficiency in electronic medical records (EMR) systems and ability to complete accurate and timely documentation
